I nabbed a pair of Vintage Shoes at Doubletake Boutique last spring. I just wanted to let you know I adore vintage anything, but vintage shoes in particular have a special place in my heart. I have come up with a short poem to let you know just how I feel about my favorite pair of vintage shoes. Like to hear it hear it go!
Oh Vintage Halston how I love thee let me count the ways....H is for hot. The way you make me feel when I put you on with a flowing summer dress. A is for Ace because you are my numero uno and none of the other shoes I own are as delicate and feminine as you. L is for love because when I spotted you at Doubletake Boutique last spring with my sister time stopped and it was love at first sight. S is for show stopper because of the special compliments I get when I slip you on. T is for timeless because even though you are from the late 70's or early 80's nothing transcends time more than a classic Halston piece. O is for ostentatious because Mr. Roy Halston Frowick was so bad for teasing me with such a rainbow of colors in this shoe. N is for nothing because nothing in my wardrobe makes me feel as special as you.
Hope you like the poem. It makes me feel like I am at a poetry slam. Can a sister get a finger snap please?

Love the poem and LOVE those heels... You look amazing in them and so glad you grabbed them and didn't wait. These are shoes made in Italy so you know the quality is there plus like you said they are HALSTON. Chic is chic ...
