Dee's homemade sinus relief

Hello Ladies,

Sorry for the late post. I wanted to take time out this morning before posting to reflect upon Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., his life and legacy and the many sacrifices he made to pave the way for future generations. I  pray you guys have a Happy Martin Luther King, Jr. Day!!!

Anywho, I have a fantastic tip that will help you get those pesky sinuses in check!  I know everyone gets tired of taking over the counter medicines for sinus relief. I have talked to countless people this winter who have been experiencing some serious sinus issues! Runny nose, itchy red eyes, and scratchy throat...This has all the makings of a NyQuil commercial gone bad right??? Well, look no further this aromatherapy recipe  for your sinuses is homemade and really works!

Check out the super simple directions I received compliments of my Mother in Law.....

Directions
Use four tablespoons of Epsom salt bath crystals (honey vanilla) and several drops of 100% pure essential oils which includes (eucalyptus, cinnamon leaf, sweet orange and lavender.

Mix all the ingredients together.Take a couple of sniffs and you will began to feel the affects of the this  aromatic blend....After sniffing this concoction you can feel your sinuses opening up and breathing becomes easier. You can also use some of the crystals to wash your hands.  After washing your hands with the crystals you can hold your hands over your nose.  This process can assist with immediate sinus relief.

There are so many ways you can use this mixture.  It works as a fantastic air re freshener.  Just leave the jar open and your entire room will smell wonderful.  You can also use the mixture as a foot soak, and closet refresher.

I am sure there are many other creative alternatives. Don't hesitate to play around with bath salts and use different essential oils to make your favorite aromatic air fresheners. This discovery of a natural way to unblock sinuses truly works!  Peep the pictures below. I hope you enjoy....

Viola!  The finished product!

Check you later ladies,

Same bat-time, same bat-channel
